Full Conference Author registration includes costs for conference proceedings and an electronic copy of the proceedings on-site, admittance to all DCOSS-IoT sessions (main event, special sessions, workshops), conference lunches, coffee breaks and one ticket to the Social Event/Dinner.
Workshop Author registration includes costs for conference proceedings and an electronic copy of the proceedings on-site, inclusion of the paper in the conference proceedings (8 pages), admittance to all DCOSS-IoT sessions (main event, special sessions, workshops), conference lunches, coffee breaks and one ticket to the Social Event/Dinner.
Poster/Demo Author registration includes costs for conference proceedings and an electronic copy of the proceedings on-site, inclusion of the paper in the conference proceedings (3 pages), admittance to all DCOSS-IoT sessions (main event, special sessions, workshops), conference lunches, coffee breaks and one ticket to the Social Event/Dinner.
Non-Author or Additional Author registration includes an electronic copy of the proceedings on-site, admittance to all DCOSS-IoT sessions (main event, special sessions, workshops), conference lunches, coffee breaks and one ticket to the Social Event/Dinner.
Information regarding the Social Event/Dinner will be provided later on. Extra tickets may be purchased.
All refund requests must be made in writing to info@dcoss.org and received no later than June 10, 2026. Requests received by June 10, 2026 will receive a refund less a processing fee of 75 USD. No refunds will be processed for cancellations after June 10, 2026.
All presenting authors and participants need to register in order to obtain visa invitation letters to attend DCOSS-IoT. Note that the visa letter will NOT be sent automatically; please send an email asking a visa letter, if you need one to info@dcoss.org with an email subject mentioning “this concerns a registration-related question“.
